Adult Raspberry Pink Lemonade

Sometimes after a long day in the garden, I need a nice adult beverage.  I don’t drink very much because it tends to give me an instant headache, but this drink, so far, has been friendly to my head.  I had this drink at a friends house last week and since then I had been anxiously waiting for the weekend.  I was not sure how Mr. G. would react to a pink “chick” drink but he has given his stamp of approval.  Just be careful….this drink is delicious and you have to remember that it is alcoholic.  So sit back, put your feet up and enjoy a Adult Raspberry Pink Lemonade!

Adult Raspberry Pink Lemonade
Serves 2

2 Shots Pink Lemonade Vodka…I used this kind UV Pink Lemonade Vodka
2 Shots Citrus Vodka…any brand will do
1 Shot Raspberry Mixer or a raspberry puree
1 Shot Lime Juice

Combine ingredients, stir, and pour over ice
It can also be served as a martini, but I don’t own any martini glasses so mine went into a mason jar.

For a scotch guy, Mr. G really enjoyed his pink drink….wink wink

This drink was such a delicious to start of the summer season.  It is not too sweet which makes it even more enjoyable.  How I love the summer…dirt under my nails…sitting on the porch with Mr. G… listening to some bluegrass and enjoying a refreshing adult beverage!
